We want you to love your jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help.

Returns

Ready-to-ship (in-stock) items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging, tags, and certificates of authenticity included. Jewelry that shows signs of wear, resizing, engraving, or alteration cannot be accepted for return.

Final sale items

The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Custom, made-to-order, and personalized jewelry
Engraved items
Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase

How to start a return

To request a return, contact us at info@miajewelry.org or (561) 420-6775 within 14 days of delivery with your order number. We will provide return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 2 business days), we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of inspection. Shipping charges from your original order are non-refundable.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping, at our discretion.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the return terms above. Custom, made-to-order, and engraved items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
