Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom and made-to-order jewelry items take longer to prepare, as each piece is crafted for you — any estimated production time shown at checkout is an estimate and may vary.

We ship from our store at 1851 W Hillsboro Blvd, Deerfield Beach, FL 33442. Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout based on the shipping method and destination you select.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer the following shipping options for U.S. addresses, priced by order value and package weight:

  • Economy — Free on orders of $50.00 and up
  • Economy — $4.90 (packages 0–5 lb)
  • Economy — $19.90 (packages 5–70 lb)
  • Standard — $6.90 (packages 0–1 lb)
  • Standard — $9.90 (packages 1–5 lb)

International Shipping

We ship internationally to 27 countries and regions via DHL Express and USPS Worldwide (including USPS First Class Package International, Priority Mail Express International, and Priority Mail International).

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order. Estimated transit times are shown at checkout. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing and conditions beyond our control.

Duties and Taxes

For international orders, any applicable duties and taxes are shown and collected at checkout where supported — for example, DHL Express supports prepaid duties so there are no surprise fees on delivery. In destinations where duties cannot be prepaid, customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at our Deerfield Beach store (1851 W Hillsboro Blvd, Deerfield Beach, FL 33442). Select “Pickup in store” at checkout at no charge. We will notify you by email when your order is ready for pickup — please wait for this confirmation before visiting.
