How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before they ship.
How much does shipping cost?
Economy shipping is FREE on US orders of $50 or more. Other shipping options and their rates are shown at checkout.
Where do orders ship from?
All orders ship from our boutique in Deerfield Beach, Florida.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to 27 countries. International shipping options and rates are shown at checkout.
Returns
What is your return policy?
In-stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
Can I return a custom or made-to-order piece?
No. Custom, made-to-order, personalized, and engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
Made-to-Order
What does “made to order” mean?
Made-to-order pieces are crafted individually for you after you place your order, rather than taken from existing stock. Because each piece is made specifically for you, production takes longer than for in-stock items. Contact us for a current production estimate.
Are made-to-order pieces returnable?
No — like custom pieces, made-to-order items are final sale.
Custom Jewelry
How does the custom jewelry process work?
Share your idea, choose your design and materials with our jewelers, approve the design, and we create your piece. Full details are on our Custom Jewelry page.
What can you make?
Custom engagement rings, wedding bands, pendants, name jewelry and personalized pieces, diamond and gemstone jewelry, and redesign of existing pieces.

Jewelry Repair
What repair services do you offer?
Ring sizing, chain and clasp repair, stone setting and replacement, prong repair, cleaning, polishing, restoration, inspection, engraving, and watch battery and strap replacement. See our Jewelry Repair page for the full list.
Do I need an appointment for a repair?
No — simply bring your piece to our boutique for a personal evaluation. You can also call us first if you have questions.
